We recently hired Rubix Events for my daughter’s 13th birthday party, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! They handled both the DJ and Photo Pod services, and everything was fantastic from start to finish.
Jason, our DJ, kept the energy perfect for a group of teens — fun, age-appropriate music with a great sense of when to get the girls involved. The Photo Pod was the star of the show! The girls couldn’t get enough of it, and the photos came out brilliantly.
A special shout-out to George and Reece for being so professional, patient, and reassuring throughout. They were incredibly organised and had everything set up perfectly before we even arrived. Their communication before and during the event was also excellent.
Overall, they played a huge part in making the celebration so memorable, and I would highly recommend Rubix Events to anyone planning a party or event. 🙌✨

I hired a DJ booth and LED “18” numbers for my event, and from start to finish the communication was flawless. Grace and Reece arrived right on time, set everything up in a flash, and made it all look effortless. Grace collected the LED lights so smoothly no one even noticed, and Reece sorted collection of the booth with the venue for the next day—zero stress for me! Everything ran perfectly. 💃🎉

I hired a kareoke machine from Rubix and from my initial enquiry I was very impressed by the quick and thorough response. Planning a 30th birthday party can be stressful but I had absolutely no worries whatsoever with the efficiency of the service I received. A couple of times I needed clarification about timings and my questions were again answered promptly and thoroughly. Delivery and setting up on the appointed time, again was hassle free as was collection. The equipment was very stylish and added to the ambience of the party. I will definitely use Rubix Events again and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you so much George for an excellent service and the pricing of the hire was value for money too.
I engaged in Rubix’s services for my husband’s 50th birthday party in our garden. It was a last minute arrangement with only a few weeks to organise the occasion.
It was easy and seamless dealing with Rubix. I forwarded a list of songs that guests wanted played only a few days prior to the event and had a couple of request, none of which were a problem.
Our DJ for the night was Jason. He was brilliant. He kept that dance floor fully occupied all night and played tunes to get everyone dancing, even the non dancers! He made the night. Such a personable guy as well!
I would definitely use Rubix again and recommend to anyone.
